If your work involves buildings to which the Fire Safety Order applies

• Buildings subject to the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005

• Typically includes:

  • Commercial buildings

  • Offices

  • HMOs (common parts)

  • Flats (common areas)

  • Care homes, hotels, etc.

Then your dutyholders must complete this form and return it to building control. Our reference number will be found on correspondence already sent to you.
