The laws have changed in respect to how your should administer your building regulation application with us.

We have produced a guidance booklet that should help you to produce COMPLIANCE STATEMENTS and to better understand some of your obligations.

Our advice is based upon Government guidance - expectations which can be found in their online publication called "The Strategic Context for the Regulatory Framework" - Building Control.
