Submitting compliant photos and video
The Operational Standards Rules permits the use of certain photographic and video images (media) to be submitted to us as prove of your progress and compliance.
The media although must be in a particular format and must have the address, time, date embedded into the media. There are various free phone apps that allow you to do this from the Apple or Google stores. We have attached our leaflet that should assist you. We have also attached the leaflet into our Acknowledgement Pack which was already sent to you when you commissioned our services.

The HSE Operational Standards Rules permits building control to receive both photographs and video as evidence of compliance as long as the submissions are "geotagged". Simply put -the submissions must have embedded information showing the date, time, and location of where the image came from.
