Undoubtedly, both new and current homeowners want a larger kitchen, but how much value can an addition add?
This all depends on the size of the existing kitchen; if you are opening up a small kitchen, expect to increase the price of the typical UK home by £35,000 to £46,400 ( around 15%–20%).
